Sweeney Family

Our journey to providing daycare and boarding services for dogs, started with our family, friends and neighbors leaving their dogs with us when they would travel. We were able to see how much dogs enjoyed our huge fenced in yard and comfortable renovated barn space. To raise our 7 children, it has taken a village, so we copied that and applied it to dogs. It takes a village for some dogs to thrive in life. We want to be part of your village. A second family to come alongside in times of need. Whether it be the need for daycare while you work, training needs, grooming needs, or care when you're traveling, we're here to help. We want to establish a long term relationship with you and your doggies, so that anytime your away, they have a place to go where they feel comfortable and are well known. We care for every dog like they are our own.

Eric & Christina Sweeney

Eric and Christina share a passion for animal husbandry. They have loved and cared for and learned from many dogs in their 21 years of marriage. They have spent the last 7 years turning that passion into the ideal home based business. Eric's training and experience in the construction trades have been essential in developing their space into a safe, fun, and functional facility. He's always fixing or building something and maintains the property. Christina has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Gordon College, and has spent the last 7 years pursuing further education in Animal Sciences. She is certified as a Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT.) She is a Licensed Family Dog Mediator (LFDM-T). She is certified by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association as a Pet Care Provider, and Fear Free Certified. She is a certified Pet Groomer (Penn Foster) an AKC approved evaluator, and most recently received her certification as a Canine Nutrition & Wellness Expert.

Alexa Efstathiou

Pictured here with 2 of her 7 dogs, is our dog trainer, groomer, and adventure hike leader! With a decade of hands on experience in the animal care industry, she is ready to help you with anything! Alexa is a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Association for Professional Dog Training. She is also a certified family dog mediator (FDM). She holds additional training credentials including a Fear Free certification and has completed the Predation Substitute Training Master Course. Alexa is a certified pet groomer ( Penn Foster University). She is also an AKC approved evaluator! Follow her on Instagram, @indomitabledogs for all of their adventures!

Logan & Hannah Carrier

Logan is our Facilities Manager and one of our Daycare Attendants. He enjoys Graphic Design work and handles our social media.

Hannah is our Daycare Assistant Manager! She is also one of our puppy nanny's!

Logan & Hannah are part of our in home care team and are available for in home pet sitting.

Rachael Sweeney

Rachael is one of our Daycare & Boarding Attendants! She is a high school student with the gift of animal husbandry! She is also one of our puppy nanny's! She is very popular with the music lovers as she serenades them during nap time with the variety of musical instruments she plays!

Rachael is also part of our in home care team!

Ben Poissant

Ben is one of our daycare attendants. He is a high school student and our resident drummer. He specifically works in our puppy yards! Pictured here with Cadia, 1 of his 2 dogs!

In Home Care Team

Our in home care teams are able to provide overnight care for your dogs, cats, and farm animals etc in the comfort of their own home. Email K-9Kidz@comcast.net for more information. Availability is limited. Starting rates are $ 55 per night for the first animal, additional fees added for other animals accordingly. Duration varies.
